The first main round of the DFB Cup 21/22 starts on August 6th and runs until August 8th. 32 teams compete against each other in the battle for the cup.

The first round is from Sport 1 and ARD only broadcast one game at a time. The public broadcaster only broadcasts nine games in total. The free TV channel Sport 1 only shows four games. So there you can only see one game per round.
You can watch the game Bremer SV against FC Bayern on August 25th for free at 8:15 p.m. on Sport 1. The first broadcasts the game 1. FC Kaiserslautern against Borussia Mönchengladbach on August 9th at 8.45pm only in the first main round.
