The State of Play issued by Sony tonight has left us with a pleasant surprise when confirming that Square Enix and Tri-Ace have joined forces again. The creators of the different titles of Star Ocean
The game has been seen in an impressive trailer with some gameplay sequences that have allowed us to take a look at their world that will combine elements of fantasy and science fiction while we travel through gigantic scenarios in the form of an open world in which we will fight battles that give the impression that they will take place in real time.
In fact, little that has been indicated about these battles is that will present a unique combat system that will allow us to have some of the most spectacular encounters with a simple and intuitive control system. The first impression is very good in general and it will have to be seen in time what else we can expect from this JRPG with which the 25th anniversary of the franchise will be celebrated.
Regarding its launch, for the moment Star Ocean: The Divine Force plans to go on sale in PS4 and PS5 sometime in 2022, on a date to be determined.
