Tekken 7 has been proving since 2017 why the Namco saga is a favorite among fighting game fans. The basic version already had a very solid base of fighters to which new participants were added through DLC. The seventh numbered installment of the Tekken saga is one of the franchise’s bestsellers, with more than 7 million copies to its credit.
The title’s steadily waning popularity has earned it a new edition of Bandai Namco called Tekken 7: Legendary Edition which would include all of the characters released after the base game, but unfortunately not include all of the additional content.

The European account of Bandai Namco on Twitter was responsible for the announcement which states that the edition will only have some of the fighters included in the DLCs. To be understood, the total of fighters in the DLC so far was 15 of which only 8 will be in this new edition: Kunimitsu, Armor King, Anna Williams, Safina, Ganryu, Craig Marduk, Julia Chang and Lei Wulong depending on what this emerges from the cover.
To understand which characters were left out, we talked about Negan from The Walking Dead, Violet from Tekken himself, and Noctis from Final Fantasy 15.
The game is coming to Xbox One and PS4 on November 12 of this year.
