For the past few hours, Apple has been running the beta servers and has launched, for now only for the developer community, the second beta of iOS 15.2 and watchOS 8.3, some betas that come out two weeks after the launch of the first beta.
iOS 15.2 beta 2 is available via OTA for all developers who have a developer profile installed on their device. Once updated to this version, they will also be able to download the second beta of watchOS 8.3, a version that only focuses on performance improvements and bug fixes.
However, iOS 15.2 includes new features like Iapp privacy report, a function that allows you to see the data accessed by applications, including those of third parties and those of Apple. Also includes a redesign of the summary of notifications and the new communications security feature in the Messages app.
This feature, warn children when they receive or send photos containing nudity when the feature is enabled, which is not currently the case. When a minor receives an image in the Messages app that contains nudity, the photo will be blurred and show them a number of resources that can help them, however, they have the option to access the image without vague.
The same happens if the miner wants to send an image that contains nudes. When Apple introduced this feature last August, it said parents will get a notification on their devices when it comes to a child under 13. However, after listening to the experts, parents will not be warned to avoid endangering the child in certain situations.
With the beta of iOS 15.2, Apple also released the second beta of iPadOS 15.2, a beta that is also available only for developers, and includes the same functions that can be found in iOS 15.2
