Over 1,300 Activision Blizzard employees have signed a petition calling for Bobby Kotick to be dismissed.
Activision Blizzard has been at the center of a major hurricane for several months for its degrading way of working at discrimination and harassment against employees. With new reports shedding light on deeper problems perpetrated by CEO Bobby Kotick himself, the pressure on the company and Kotick has taken on a whole new level.
Recently, some Activision Blizzard employees joined forces to demand Kotick’s resignation, and the pressure appears to have intensified. The ABK (Activision Blizzard King) Workers Alliance confirmed on Twitter that it has taken further steps to secure Kotick’s release with a petition.

The petition already has over 1,300 signatures from employees in various studios under the leadership of Activision Blizzard, including Blizzard Entertainment, Activision Publishing, High Moon Studios, Raven Software, King, Toys for Bob, Demonware, Infinity Ward, Sledgehammer Games, Treyarch and others.
The petition reads as follows:
“We, the undersigned, no longer have confidence in the leadership of Bobby Kotick as CEO of Activision Blizzard. The information that has come to light about his conduct and practices in running our businesses is contrary to the culture and integrity we demand of our leaders, and is in direct contradiction to the initiatives launched by our peers. We are calling for Bobby Kotick to step down as CEO of Activision Blizzard and for shareholders to elect the new CEO without the involvement of Bobby, who we know holds a significant portion of the voting rights of the shareholders. “
