Customize components

Once you’ve chosen your controller, Xbox Design Lab gives you 10 different customization options to help you create a controller that’s unique to you. And if you can’t quite decide on the go, Xbox Design Lab always lets you preview your controller and save designs to your personal gallery, so you can create multiple options to compare before making your final decision.

Body

Applying it to the entire front of the case will make a statement with your choice of case. With the Xbox Wireless Controller, choose from a variety of matte finishes or a selection of beautiful patterns, including swirling Vapor designs, multi-colored Shift patterns, bold camo looks, our vibrant Pride design, or special game-inspired patterns Designs like that Call of Duty: Black Ops 6 Top Case and the Fallout top case. For a small additional cost, you can add rubberized grips to the back and sides of your Xbox Wireless Controller for even more in-hand control. Rubberized grips are standard on the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2.

We worked with community members, charities and a hospital involved in adaptive gaming and 3D printing to develop a free design 3D printable files for adaptive thumbstick toppers with Xbox Design Lab. These designs are available for download and can be 3D printed to create thumbsticks that meet various accessibility needs. They are available for both the Xbox Wireless Controller and the Xbox Elite Wireless Controller Series 2. Xbox Design Lab also offers thumbstick topper designs for the upcoming Xbox Adaptive Joystick, releasing in early 2025 for select Xbox markets.
