Julia barely survived the attack, but Nick has disappeared without a trace. While trying to find Nick, the terrorist Ira targets Julia. Keppler hides the injured Nick in a rundown boarding house. Ira is on the hunt for the traitor. In doing so, she meets Julia’s father Wolfgang, her ex. It turns out: Ira is Julia’s mother! Full of anger, Ira decides to take revenge. After the attack, Julia wakes up in the hospital and Nick has disappeared without a trace. When she tells her father Wolfgang about a special ring from the unknown attacker, he listens with a start. He believes he can see a “Westwallring” in it, a neo-Nazi badge, and warns Julia that she is in great danger. Julia refuses to go into hiding, she wants to find Nick. Meanwhile, he wakes up injured in a boarding house. For his safety he was hidden here by constitutional protection officer Keppler. At the same time, Karl reports about Nick’s company in the sawmill on the old Siegfried Line and Ira devises the plan to find Nick through Julia. In the process, she comes across their police trainer Roosen and finds out that his daughter is in a psychiatric clinic. Under the threat of harming the girl, Roosen reveals Julia’s name and address. In a panic, the inspector urges Julia to go into hiding abroad. Julia insists on saying goodbye to her father Wolfgang beforehand. Ira is already there. Julia’s mother! Wolfgang kidnapped the daughter shortly after the birth because Ira had slipped into the right-wing extremist scene. Now, over twenty years later, Ira still cannot forgive her daughter’s robbery. While Julia is on the way to her father, Ira wants to take revenge. The six-part series will be offered for binge-watching in the ZDFmediathek from Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m.

While the terrorist Ira and some teenagers prepare a coup, the life of the police student Julia gets out of control when she falls in love with the mysterious Nick. Nick is not who he claims to be. It was targeted by an ominous stranger, Keppler, on the police student. Julia has no idea of the plan until after the first night of love she discovers a huge swastika on Nick’s back. Julia is a police student in Cologne. In Lydia she has found a friend and advisor, and her instructor, the paternal and strict Chief Inspector Roosen, always keeps an eye on her. Julia is the chick of the group, uninhibited and curious. In addition to the strenuous lessons, Julia is constantly on duty for her paraplegic father Wolfgang. Julia’s mother died shortly after giving birth. When Julia falls in love with the mysterious Nick, she has no idea that he is pursuing a dark plan with Keppler as regards her person. It revolves around a group of formerly homeless young people who are taking possession of an abandoned sawmill on the ruins of the west wall in the forests of the Eifel. They are led by Ira, who swears the kids to soon get “bloody revenge” on the system that they just spat out. Ira does target practice with the kids while her right hand Karl builds bombs in an abandoned bunker. The six-part series will be offered for binge-watching in the ZDFmediathek from Saturday, November 20, 2021 at 10:00 a.m. ZDFneo will show the six-part series on December 7, 2021 and December 8, 2021 from 9.45 p.m.
