CrossfireX had to take on another postponement in November, but now Smilegate has finally announced a specific release date and that is – of course – in February. Oh man.
After the postponement in November, we now have an appointment. On February 10, 2022, CrossfireX should finally be released for Xbox Series X and S. At the same time there was also a new gameplay trailer at the Game Awards, which you can check out under this news.
CrossfireX kicks off with two single player campaigns developed by Remedy Entertainment, namely Operation Catalyst and Operation Specter. That should be a blast, after titles like Max Payne, Quantum Break and Control, the Finns know how to celebrate well-groomed action.
Apart from that, different multiplayer variants of Smilegate Entertainment await you. Earlier parts of the series have so far only appeared for PC and mobile, CrossfireX is the first foray into consoles.
