The long-standing MMO The Elder Scrolls Online should continue to enjoy great popularity in the new year – and that’s why the makers have planned a lot. The plans for 2022 are to be presented in detail shortly.
Bethesda has now released a first cinematic teaser clip for The Elder Scrolls Online, which suggests big plans for the new year. These will be discussed in detail later in January.
A major global reveal event is scheduled for January 27, 2022 and will be broadcast on the official Twitch channel for the MMORPG. Although not all planned content will be presented by then, first insights into the upcoming new chapter as well as the DLC content for the course of the year are firmly planned.
What can you expect? The developers promise “new lands to explore, new threats to uncover and new storylines” for the MMORPG. It also goes one step further and continues to announce a “never-before-seen world” for The Elder Scrolls Online. In short: A completely new region is likely to find its way into the game.
In previous chapters of the MMO, popular locations from the long-running RPG series were also added to The Elder Scrolls Online, such as Morrowind in 2017 and Elsweyr in 2019. The Gates of Oblivion followed last year.
What will it be this time? We’ll probably know more on January 27th!
