The woman quickly informed the authorities of her suspicions and Using the iPhone locator app, they were able to locate the little one.

After following up on information provided by the child’s mother, Washington County Sheriff’s Deputies they located the suspect, Madison Paige Ling, in the 2000 block of Old Independence Road, where child out of danger. Ling allegedly drove a car with a man who was not involved in the crime.
