Battlefield 2042 launch sales are rumored to be lower than originally reported.
Insider Tom Henderson originally reported 4.23 million Battlefield 2042 release week sales and has now revised that number down. His calculation also included players who either played the 10-hour trial version of the shooter or had requested refunds in the first week.
“I was also informed that the 4.23 million Battlefield 2042 sales I reported for Week 1 are actually ‘cumulative total players’ – people who received refunds and played through the 10-hour trial , are therefore included in this number.”
