Alyx returns us to the underwater city of BioShock with a second part

Of all the mods that Half-Life: Alyx has received, there is one in particular that impacted us quite a bit for the great work behind him. It was in October 2020 when we told you about Return to Rapture, which tried to recreate the sea city of BioShock in Valve’s virtual reality title.

At the time, everything it offered seemed amazing to us by presenting us with a completely new adventure, but best of all, its creator has just published now a second part in the form of continuation

that transports us once again to this place, taking meticulous care of its setting and mechanics so that it seems entirely that we are playing BioShock.

The mod in question, which you can download and install for free from your Steam page, tells a story in which Alyx continues her search for Andrew Ryan’s suitcase before it falls into the wrong hands due to the immeasurable power it contains. Thus, she will have to deal with Splicers and even with the Big Daddy with a few plasmids that will be of great help.

All this will leave us with a total of 24 levels and more than 15 hours of gameplay

including new features, new types of enemies, powers, weapons, dialogues, characters and a soundtrack that will accompany all these elements and novelties that make it seem like a new title in the saga.

Simply amazing that someone is able to create such a complete and long mod. That yes, a warning that has left its person in charge is that it is necessary to subscribe to all articles that accompany the mod and disable any that you have installed so that it does not cause any type of conflict.
