Kirby remains the measure of all things in the German games charts. Elden Ring takes the Xbox throne!
In the official German games charts, determined by GfK Entertainment, one title in particular is currently attracting attention – and that is Kirby and the Forgotten Land. The jump’n’run fun not only defends first place in the switch evaluation, but also convinces as the most successful physical video game of the current week.
The second strongest release is Horizon Forbidden West, which replaces Elden Ring on the PS5 throne and also takes PS4 bronze. Gran Turismo 7, which leads the PS4 charts ahead of Elden Ring, still doesn’t take your foot off the accelerator.
The open world RPG, on the other hand, once again dominates the Xbox One hit list, thanks to the launch and standard editions being doubly so. The other frontrunners are called WWE 2K22 (Xbox One), Farming Simulator 22 (PC) and Animal Crossing: New Leaf (3DS).
