Apparently, having an amusement park is becoming fashionableWell, big companies like Nintendo will have theirs, in fact, Super Nintendo World has already announced its amusement park with a trailer. Now it's up to Studio Ghibli, a company that has produced very famous animated films like the «Spirited Away» or «My Neighbor Totoro», no doubt they have told great stories in each of their deliveries, and considering that there are many the studio has a lot of fans, it is time to take a step forward.
As you can see, the Theme park of Studios Ghibli consists of different areas inspired by the sites of the films they have produced, some of those places that will come true, are the following:
- Hill of Youth: Whisper of the Heart's antique shop and the Cat Returns cat office.
- Ghibli’s Giant Warehouse: Theater with 170 seats for anime broadcasts and presentations, and a cafeteria.
- Dondoko Forest: Mei and Satsuki's house of the My Neighbor Totoro theme of the area, forest path and a rural sanctuary.
- Village of Mononoke: Irontown-inspired place with the princess of Mononoke.
- The Valley of the Witches: Kiki's house and Howl's castle.
All these places will be more alive than ever thanks to fans who have followed all these deliveries of Studios Ghibli. There is still no exact official date for the opening of the theme park, but what is known is that the areas will gradually open when they are finally built. Hill of Youth, Ghibli’s Giant Warehouse and Dondoko Forest will be available for 2022, and Pueblo de Mononoke and The Valley of the Witches are scheduled to be opened in 2023.
Once the entire complex is built, people can visit each one without restriction. It should be noted that the government of Aichi expects Studios Ghibli theme park to get up to 1.8 million visitors
