This time it’s Gigabyte’s turn to introduce the Aorus 17X, a real powerhouse when it comes to laptops. Especially with the possibility of mounting an RTX 3080.
While we unveiled an overpowering Lenovo laptop not too long ago, this time the manufacturer Gigabyte is showing its muscles with the Aorux 17X. Behind that name lies an impressive 17-inch Full HD screen with a pretty insane 360Hz refresh rate. Yes, you read that right. Obviously, at this level, it is of very little use to the vast majority of players.
gigabytes impressed
To take advantage of this extreme fluidity, the laptop PC can count on either an NVIDIA RTX 3070 or RTX 3080 graphics card with an Intel i9 12900HX 16-core processor and of course DDR5 memory support. Finally, there are two slots for M.2 NVMe SSDs.
“It’s fine, it’s very fine, it can be eaten without hunger
“
For its dimensions we count 39.8 x 25.4 x 2.4 cm with a weight of 2.7 kg. Its finesse is explained by a very particular screen on the bezel (this is the frame that separates the edge of the screen from the adjacent edge of the device that houses it). To cool this pretty little world, Gigabyte has equipped everything with a WINDFORCE Infinity cooling system, with two high-speed fans with 84 blades and 6 heat pipes.
That leaves enough to keep you cool. Finally, on the connectivity side, the Aorus 17X offers an Ethernet port, an HDMI 2.1 port, a Mini DisplayPort 1.4, two USB 3.2 Type-A ports, a Thunderbolt port and a jack socket. The PC is Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth compatible so as not to spoil anything.
On the other hand, there is currently no release date or even prices. However, it is assumed that it will still be quite high.
