In version 2.7 of Genshin Impact! a new event has arrived. This will send you on an adventure into the abyss (assuming you’ve completed it). You will also come across a certain Yelan, the new 5-star character in this version, which turns out to be very interesting as we have explained to you. The main event of this update!
Start by accepting the quest from the event menu. Note that some quests are prerequisites for participation, but everything is displayed! Note that if you only miss the Arataki Itto quest and the Shogun Raiden quest, you can still participate by pressing basic mode.
At the beginning of the first event quest you have to complete a dungeon. Note that there are 2 chests hidden in this one:
- For the first chest after entering the dungeon, go east and activate the mechanism. Then continue on the lower platform. After the battle, activate the mechanism and head north up the appeared steps. Then head east and down the steps where there are enemies. Kill them to get the first chest
- For the second chest, face west from where you got the first chest and activate the mechanism 3 times in a row. Climb the stairs and face south. Head down and activate the switch below once. Go upstairs, kill the monsters and activate the switch once to kill other enemies to complete the dungeon. The second chest is right next to the teleporter.

During this event, you can collect a very good 4-star bow, as well as the materials needed to upgrade it to level 90! Don’t miss it because you won’t have any other way to get it!

Here, every time a round of combat is over, you must choose one character to continue the battle while the other 3 cannot continue. If possible, we advise you to select the level of difficulty directly extreme hostility to collect all rewards at once.
Here is the list of available trial characters.
The principle here is simple. You will first arrive in an area where you will have to fight 3 battles by activating bases. Some of them give you the option to choose a higher difficulty level so you can earn + event currency. Once the 3 battles are over, you must choose a single character from the 4 you took, and you can keep them for the next round, which also consists of 3 battles. Same at the end of the 2nd round, for a 3rd and final round.
Test characters are available to help you, along with upgrades to choose from along with your team composition. We strongly advise you here to keep a character that helps you make money/heal, like Zhongli for example, or kokomi. This is how you can survive peacefully.
