Amazon Prime Day 2022 will take place on July 12th and 13th this year: Here, customers of the subscription service will not only get lots of products offered at particularly low prices, but there will also be something for free.
All Prime subscribers get over 30 games for free on the PC – including some real highlights. In this article we explain which games you can look forward to and how you can secure them.

When do I get the free games?
The campaign starts on Tuesday June 21, 2022. From this day on, 25 indie titles are immediately available for you. You can only watch the six highlight games on Prime Day, i.e. on July 12 and 13, 2022to back up.
Which games are given away?
Mass Effect: Legendary Edition
The space role-playing game trilogy about Commander Shepard and his crew, unforgettable for many, was released in 2021 as a remastered collection. Here you not only get the three basic games Mass Effect 1 to 3 in a drilled version 4K Optikbut also overall over 40 DLCs and other bonuses.

Grid Legends
Only released at the end of February 2022, the current offshoot of the Grid series is already being given away. You can find out in our test whether the racing simulation with the elaborately staged story could be something for you:

Another racing game: if you prefer to race through inner cities instead of on professional tracks, you could NFS Heat be something for you. As is typical of the series, there are of course plenty of tuning options and exciting chases with the police:

A total of three Star Wars games will be given away on Prime Day: the tactical shooter Republic Commando, the Jedi adventure Jedi Knight 2 with the iconic agent Kyle Katarn, and the sequel Jedi Academy, in which you create your own powerful hero.

How do I secure the games?
Of course, to be able to secure the games, you need an active subscription to Amazon Prime. You can then follow these steps:

you will find all currently available free games. - You can secure the game by clicking on the purple Activate button. Either the title is tied to your Amazon Prime account and can be downloaded and played with the Amazon Games app, or you get an activation code for Origin – this should be the case with Mass Effect, for example.
