We got our first taste of the gameplay at The Game Awards in 2021, although it didn’t really give us an idea of what the game actually feels like.Thank goodness the developers of the previous week Asobo studio Let’s see Requiem in Xbox and Bethesda Game show.
A sequel to the 2019 title A Plague Tale: Innocence It certainly looks like it’s improving the quality for the sequel. In the first game, the protagonist Amicia relies primarily on stealth rather than any form of combat, given her age and small stature compared to most adult males in the game.
In Requiem, however, this time she seems determined to fight back against her foe, now wearing a crossbow. Stealth certainly seems to be in play again, considering that’s one of the main draws.
While it’s unclear how the younger brother and mouse king Hugo will be involved in the game, it appears that his psychic rodent connection will play a role in the gameplay. There’s always a chance we’ll find out at the game’s showcase later this week.
Asobo Studio also happens to be Microsoft Flight Simulatorhappens to add a bunch of old planes, and a transport ship from Halo.
