It’s been a month since the closed beta for Halo Infinite’s forge mode leaked, leaving it up to the community to download it and start creating all kinds of wonders. During this time, no developer had echoed it.
It does not seem to be a coincidence that these days two of the developers most committed to the project, one being the leader, have spoken out giving their impressions on the matter. The first to speak was Michael Schorr (Lord of the Forges
The second, and of course, was Chris Howard, “pipeline designer”, who contributed as an external entity to the development of forge in Halo Infinite:

Awesome forge creations in Halo Infinite amaze 343
Now that the devs have weighed in on what’s been done for a leaked game mode, it looks like they’re closer to announcing a official date
Here are comments on Halo Infinite Forge leaks by 343 pipeline engineer @lazerbeard and lead designer of Forge @MichaelSchorr . Chris told me to show some love to people like Michael who are part of the Forge team. Chris isn’t but helped fix things in Forge.#HaloInfinite pic.twitter.com/BbLgslYzLw
