Recently, Samsung recognized some errors who presented the Notes application related to drawing function and search function after several users reported their complaints to the application crash use these two functions.
How to fix Notes app suddenly closing
It should be noted that the errors reported by these users were detected in Galaxy devices running One UI on Android 14. And luckily, a Samsung community moderator shared some solutions which can be used temporarily to resolve these problems.
From the company itself it is recommended create a duplicate note where the error occurred to temporarily resolve the issue of the search function not working in some notes.
Creating a duplicate of a note is very simple. Simply hold down the note in question, click “More” and select “Duplicate Note” from the drop-down menu that opens. A duplicate of the note will be automatically created and the search and drawing functions should work correctly.
Samsung has confirmed that is conscious that the Samsung Notes app suddenly crashes and closes when you try to use these two functions and you indicated that your device is already work to find a definitive solution.
They will soon launch a new version of the application which I will correct these errors and will improve the user experience.
