AC Mirage’s description was enough to cause panic. Not for the presence of “intense violence, blood and gore, sexual themes or partial nudity” but good for those two words « Real gambling ». In other words: play with real money.
a mistake ? Yes, because in truth the game hasn’t even been reviewed by the ESRB, the American video game ratings organization. Here’s Ubisoft’s official response to this hot topic:
Following the announcement of Assassin’s Creed Mirage during Ubisoft Forward, several stores incorrectly showed an ESRB rating of “Adults Only”. Although AC Mirage is still awaiting classification, Ubisoft wants to reassure players. There is no real money gambling and no loot boxes.

This episode will be a return to basics, even in its lifetime, since it will be a much shorter opus than the previous ones.
