A sequel to Asobo Studio and Focus Entertainment’s acclaimed A Plague Tale: Innocence, this video showcases some of the game’s narrative elements.
The game is set six months after the first game, and it seems that Hugo’s curse is under control. To this end, the siblings look south to start a new life and find a cure for Hugo’s pain.
But all hell broke loose when his powers reawakened, forcing the duo to run again.
When Amicia and Hugo set out to find a mysterious island in the hope of ending the curse that runs through Hugo’s blood, they find themselves having to rely on the help of the people they meet.
Stepping into a foreign land, young siblings are unlikely to fight alone, but after the events of the first game, it’s hard to trust strangers anymore.
Released in June 2021, the game will be released on October 18 for PC, PS5, Xbox Series X/S and Switch through cloud. This will also be the first day of release for Xbox Game Pass and PC Game Pass.
