Valve lists Steam sale dates for fall, winter and spring

If you’re like me, patiently waiting for the Steam sale to arrive before buying anything from your wishlist, you’re in luck. Valve has now listed Steam release dates for the fall, winter, and spring, so you can prepare ahead of time.

Previously, we had a Lunar New Year celebration on Steam, which has now been replaced by the Spring Sale. Without further ado, here are the dates you can look forward to on your wishlist and many other games cheaper.

The Fall Sale will kick off on Steam on November 22nd and run for a week through November 29th. As for the winter sale, it’s probably my favorite handing out seasonal gifts to friends far away, from December 22nd to January 5th.

As for the all-new spring sale, this one will start on March 16 and run until March 23.

In a blog post about the changes to Steam’s four seasons sale, Valve said the Spring Sale is replacing the Lunar New Year sale because “over the years, we’ve received feedback that the Lunar New Year tends to be too close to the December holiday. The sale period .”

Valve also believes that some publishers will still choose to discount games around Chinese New Year, but “we suspect customers will be better served by allowing more time between large seasonal sales across Steam.”
