The iPhone 14 Pro, Pixel 7, and Galaxy S22 Ultra undergo a rigorous battery test and the results are surprising.
The iPhone 13 Pro Max has already proven itself to be the true battery king, comfortably outperforming all of its rivals. Its battery life numbers couldn’t be matched, until the arrival of the iPhone 14 Pro Max. In an extensive battery test conducted by PhoneArena, the iPhone 14 Pro Max humiliated its rivals like the Google Pixel 7 Pro or the Samsung Galaxy S22 Ultra.
Interestingly, in this test the iPhone 14 Pro it went very well too

Before discussing the test and the results in depth, it is good to know where we are starting from on each device. The second test consisted of play the same YouTube video until the device runs out of battery. All phones had the brightness level set to 100%. The results of this test were as follows:
- iPhone 14 Pro Max: 11 hours and 0 minutes
- Pixel 7 Pro: 9 hours and 39 minutes
- iPhone 14 Pro: 9 hours and 14 minutes
- Pixel 7: 9 hours and 13 minutes
- Pixel 6 Pro: 9 hours and 10 minutes
- Galaxy S22 Ultra: 7 hours and 27 minutes
The results are incredible, especially considering the capacity of the batteries. Clearly iOS is a more optimized and worked operating system, since it consumes much less energy. What if Apple included a 5,000 mAh battery in the iPhone 14 Pro Max? We would probably have a device with enough battery for three very intense days.
