Game news Xbox Game Pass: A Plague Tale Requiem and 10 additional “free” games on Microsoft’s service
As usual, Microsoft has halved its October announcements for the Xbox Game Pass service. After a first salvo of “free” games earlier this month, the manufacturer announces a second one… And what we can say is that it’s quite extensive.
After the arrival of nine games earlier this month, Microsoft is now speaking again to unveil the rest of the Xbox Game Pass program. A program expanded, to say the least, since we again have the rights to a total of nine games, starting with the highly anticipated A Plague Tale: Requiem.
A Plague Tale : Requiem (Cloud, PC & Xbox Series X|S) – Available
We begin with one of the greatest anticipations of October 2022, which we call A Plague Tale: Requiem. Yes, after Asobo Studio surprised everyone with a first opus released in 2019, Asobo Studio is back in great shape with a sequel that our review shows is clearly worth the detour. She offers to live more and more adventures in the company of Amicia and Hugo, but above all to see bigger. This A Plague Tale: Requiem rethinks all the mechanics of its predecessor in order to improve them.
The Four-Game Amnesia Saga (Cloud, Console & PC) – October 20th
Starting October 20th, Xbox Game Pass subscribers can get their hands on one of the biggest horror game sagas. In fact, the Amnesia series lands on the Microsoft service with a total of four games, three of which are united in the Amnesia: Collection, namely The Dark Descent, A Machine For Pigs and Justine. In addition to these three games, the service also hosts Amnesia: Rebirth, the latest installment in the series.
Persona 5 Royal (Cloud, Console & PC) – October 21st
A legend also moves into the service of Microsoft. In fact, starting October 21, in three short days, players can discover Persona 5 Royal, a title that was once exclusive to PlayStation 4 and PlayStation 5. The hit RPG offers you the opportunity to wander the streets of a reinvented Tokyo, but also in the corridors of the Shujin Academy, a cursed place that promises players to take part in many turn-based battles.
