We get a new and interesting announcement starring one of the most anticipated titles by Nintendo Switch players. We are talking about Disco Elysium: The Final Cut.

Specifically, it is a demand that the creator of the game, Robert Kurvitzhas imposed on developers ZA/UM. This comes after this development studio forced several team members to leave it in the middle of the sequel’s development. Among those workers was indeed Kurvitz, who is now suing ZA/UM.

He was the creator of the concepts and the world of the game, so now he has decided to sue the company for forcing him to withdraw from the project. However, ZA/UM now owns the rights to the game and it is believed that Kurvitz may be interested in getting it back.

We will have to be attentive to see what finally happens, since for now there is no more data available apart from these, coming from the official website of the Estonian court.
