Bad news for the Game Developers Conference 2020, video game fair that has planned its celebration of March 16-20. After the casualties of companies such as Sony and Oculus due to the spread of coronavirus, Kojima Productions, developer of Death Stranding, has now announced that neither will he finally attend the fair where he planned two talks: one by Eric Johnson, AI programmer, and another by Hideo Kojima himself, creator of the play.
Although the organizer has mentioned that it will take place special hygiene measures for not canceling the fair, as happened with the Taipei Game Show, there are already several renowned companies that have announced their withdrawal. Some rumors pointed to that Death Stranding could have announced its DLC, although after the decision of the company will have to wait for future fairs or news by the studio itself to know if the game will expand its content in the future.
