Those who prefer Steam should be happy that Ubisoft is gradually returning to the PC platform with all its titles. Watch_Dogs: Legion now also has a launch date on the Valve platform.
Ubisoft is happily continuing to place its already published titles on Steam again. In the past few years, the PC sector has relied exclusively on its own sales channel and the Epic Games Store, but in the future players will be given more choice here.
Two more titles were confirmed for Steam in December – and Ubisoft will continue seamlessly in the new year. Because Watch_Dogs: Legion, the latest part of the hacker action series, now has a Steam date. A corresponding product page for the action game with RPG elements has now gone online on Steam and lists the release date as January 26, 2023.
It remains to be seen at what cost Watch_Dogs: Legion will then start on Steam. However, the product page already lists the system requirements for the open-world game. You will also be able to secure the three editions Standard, Gold and Ultimate there. Those who purchase the Gold Edition will receive additional missions, the Battle Pass, a new story expansion with two episodes and four heroes including Aiden Pearce. The Ultimate Edition brings with it more story expansions and missions, the Urban Jungle Pack with three playable characters, as well as the Season Pass and cosmetic items.
Watch_Dogs: Legion was originally released on October 29, 2020 – at that time also for the PC, but not via Steam. After Assassin’s Creed: Valhalla on December 6th, Anno 1800 as well as Roller Champions and Immortals: Fenyx Rising were recently placed on Steam by Ubisoft.
