SMITE 10th Anniversary Gifts including 10 Gods, a Rare Skin and the Battle Pass – play 10 matches and get some loot!
SMITE kicks off 2023 with an amazing event to celebrate its 10th anniversary and the World Championship. Until January 23rd, all players in SMITE can dust off a number of rewards and do nothing more than play 10 matches.
The rewards are spectacular, including unlimited skins, the latest Cyber Tokyo Battle Pass, and ten gods. The total value of this free content for SMITE is over $30, see below for details.
After millions of players played billions of matches and dealt millions of damage in the process, SMITE, the battlefield of the gods, has now entered its tenth year of existence. Publisher Hi-Rez’s game owes its enduring popularity to a loyal community of fans around the world. To say “thank you” the development team came up with a special event to give all SMITE fans some very special gifts.
All players who play at least 10 matches by January 23 will receive an Anniversary Gift Pack. Included is a special chest that allows players to freely choose one of the included T4 skins. These skins are among the rarest skins in SMITE. Also included is the latest Battle Pass, Cyber Tokyo. Players who have already purchased this will get 10 levels instead. Especially attractive for new players are the 10 included “Choose Your God” chests, which allow players to unlock any god to play with.
Rounding out the pack is a plethora of boosters: 10-day account boosters that increase all rewards earned in matches, as well as 10 each of match boosters of all shapes and colors (Worshipper, Favor, XP, Skin, Voice Pack).
To celebrate the anniversary, players can take advantage of Gem offers until January 15th. SMITE’s premium currency can currently be purchased at up to a 33% discount. In addition, Gems can be earned for free as part of a Gem Storm. A selection of chests are also available at up to 50% off.
The group stage of the SMITE World Championship (SWC) starts today and will have until Sunday to decide which teams will participate in the finals on January 13-15. The final tournament, at the end of which one of the teams from the SMITE Pro League will be able to call themselves World Champions of Season 9, will take place live in front of an audience in Arlington, Texas (USA).
As part of the event, there will also be a 20-minute keynote presentation on January 13 starting at 7:30 p.m. CET, which will provide an outlook on upcoming content for SMITE.
The first game update of the year, and with it the official start of Year 10 in SMITE, is scheduled for January 24th.
