Gaming News GTA: PC gamers in heaven, the trilogy is coming in a few days!
After a rather grotesque, not to say disastrous, start at the end of 2021, the brave GTA Trilogy: Definitive Edition is about to heat up our bikes! According to information from a well-known leaker, the remasters of GTA 3, Vice City and San Andreas will appear on PC on January 19th. If some look the other way, others might fall for this nostalgia-scented trilogy!
After Yummy Billbilkun, a regular on PlayStation Plus announcements, January 19 is the date chosen by Rockstar to release Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition on the Epic Games Store, but also on Steam.

Although criticized for its lack of ambition when it was released, this compilation lets you enjoy three anthology games. According to the author of the above tweet, its release comes with a 50% discount for the first week. Predictably, feedback has been calling for a worthy update, especially for Grand Theft Auto III and Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas. At the moment there’s nothing to suggest that the PC version will differ from the console versions, but users wouldn’t be against tweaking the characters (too cartoonish for many) and, in particular, getting rid of bugs that pollute the overall experience.
A compilation that brings together three extraordinary GTAs
Some PC gamers get excited about enjoying games that have shaped the history of video games. With improved graphics and 4K resolution, the build will leverage Nvidia’s DLSS for what we hope will be an optimal experience. It must be said that GTA 3 is one of the first games that democratized adventures in the open world with complete freedom. Coming practically out of nowhere in 2001, GTA 3 has become a true social phenomenon and was the launch pad for a license that had limited impact on the first PlayStation of the name. Back then, GTA Vice City was a commercial and critical tide with its 80s vibe, just like San Andreas and its gangsta universe.
