It’s hard to believe, but the long-rumored game was finally revealed as real in yesterday’s Nintendo Direct. The physical release of the game is later this month, but Metroid Prime Remastered was released digitally yesterday, and a lot of people are playing it. Some people have already managed to beat the game, and the logouts contain something interesting.
Retro Studios led the development of Metroid Prime Remaster, but with the team currently developing Metroid Prime 4, they have their hands full. Luckily, Retro Studios had plenty of help with Metroid Prime Remastered. It was revealed that Iron Galaxy Studios was heavily involved in the development of the game.
