As you walk around the astronomy wing Hogwarts legacyyou might meet Arthur Plummly who will give you the quest “hiding place in the castle.” Arthur has two treasure maps, one for himself and one for you. Your map has three landmarks that point you in the direction of the treasure, but these landmarks can be difficult to find. Read on to find out where the sights are and where to find the hidden treasure.
First Landmark of Hogwarts Legacy ‘Cache in the Castle’ — rhino skeleton
- Get the quest from Arthur Plummly opposite the Charms Classroom entrance.
- Go down three floors by taking the stairs behind you.
- Go straight and down the stairs on the left. The first landmark, the rhino skeleton, should be visible from here.
- Go to the skeleton to get a waypoint for the next landmark
Second Landmark of Hogwarts Legacy ‘Cache in the Castle’ — Dragon Well
Once you have the Flea Flame for the Transfiguration Courtyard, teleport there to easily find the Dragon Well. For those who don’t have the flea flame waypoint, follow the steps below.
- Go down the two flights of stairs to reach a large set of double doors.
- Go through the doors to find the Transfiguration Courtyard, which has the Dragon Well on your left.
Third legacy of Hogwarts ‘Cache in the Castle’ landmark – To paint
- Go past the Dragon Fountain and into the double doors behind it.
- Take the first right and go up some stairs to find the painting on the wall.
- Pour action on the handle at the top of the painting to reveal the treasure.
- Collect your rewards to complete the quest “hiding place in the castle.”
