How to Make a Birthday Cake in Disney Dreamlight Valley
It can be hard to know exactly what goes into a birthday cake if you don’t already have the recipe. You might need to do this as a gift, for a meal at Remy’s restaurant, as part of a quest, a Star Path challenge, or just to add to your meal collection.
For those who don’t have the recipe, here it is how to make a birthday cake at Disney Dreamlight Valley:
- 1 Cocoa Bean
- 1 sugar cane
- 1 Wheat
- 1 Butter
- 1 egg
Don’t forget that you also need coal and at least one space in your inventory to make a dish.
After you make a birthday cake, you can go to “Recipes” next time, from the top left corner while cooking, then select the recipe and press “Autofill” to automatically add ingredients to the pan as long as you have them.
The Disney Dreamlight Valley Friendship Festival is here! Olaf and Mirabel can now be added to your valley. You can also change the color of your house, switch villager roles by crafting training manuals, and cook new recipes, like birthday cakes and bunuelos. Where to Find Ingredients to Make a Birthday Cake in Disney Dreamlight Valley
You can get wheat or wheat seeds for birthday cake from Goofy’s stall in the Peaceful Meadow biome and candy cane from his stall on Dazzle Beach.
Eggs are purchased from Remy’s restaurant for 220 Star Coins, as is butter for 190 Star Coins.
Finally, the cocoa bean is harvested from the trees in the Sunny Plateau or the Trust Glade. Both biomes cost 5,000 Dreamlight to unlock. You can quickly get more Dreamlight by clearing dream homework or converting dream shards at a crafting station if you need it.
If you want to get extra Cocoa Beans, be sure to hang out with a character you’ve given the foraging bonus to. You won’t always get additional materials this way, but the higher their level, the more likely they are to find additional resources for you.
