Department 2 server goes offline to fix unresponsive community leader NPC

Division 2 servers have been taken offline for maintenance to address some issues with the New York warlords.

If you jump in Division 2: New York Warlord Yesterday, you may have encountered a mistake that prevented the community leader NPC from talking to you.

Community leaders NPCs can be found in the main shelters in New York, and talking to them is a necessary condition to advance the story. They are usually the first or second step in your investigation to narrow the whereabouts of Keener's four main lieutenants.

Although some people are lucky to log in and out of the game or restart the game, others are stuck. I have tried all methods but failed to get any of them to respond. According to Ubisoft, this is caused by server issues.

This and other issues were resolved during the three hours of unplanned maintenance just started. The server should return 3:30 AM EST, 6:30 AM EST, 11:30 AM UK. In this window, Partition 2 will not play.
