This week takes place the CinemaCon, the largest film event in the world, being an equivalent to what E3 was to video games a few years ago. This in principle should not affect us, except for one detail: Universal Pictures will attend the event to show their latest productions and perform new announcements.
This has been confirmed by the company, which will have a panel this coming April 26
This would come hand in hand with a week in which the long-awaited film will be released in the rest of the missing markets, such as Japan o South Korea, completing its box office and inviting us to look to the future. Of course, with the lightning success of the plumber movie, it would be hard to imagine the absence of an imminent announcement, and an event like CinemaCon
The sequel to the Super Mario Bros. movie is almost a fact
Although we still do not have an official announcement about it, the truth is that It’s just a matter of time. Shigeru Miyamoto has recently confirmed that there will be more Nintendo movies on the horizon, and the film’s own post-credits scene makes it quite clear that the history of Mario and company in the cinema does not end here.
Anyway, if there’s any kind of announcement this week, we will keep you informed with all the information that is shared.
How about? Would you like to see the Super Mario Bros movie announcement this week? Do not hesitate to leave it in the comments.
