Borderlands 3 is another release of Google Stadia, which is inconsistent with the standard version.
Borderlands 3 Launched yesterday at Stadia, all editions enjoy substantial discounts. Unfortunately, this is not the latest version of the game on other platforms.
Developer Gearbox confirms that the release date of the Stadia version is October 24, which means it's almost two months ahead of the latest version available on PC, PS4, and Xbox One. The Stadia version currently does not provide features like Mayhem 4 difficulty, Maliwan Blacksite's removal, and the friendlier Boss loot pool.
Gearbox did not explain why this difference exists, but said that its goal is to "equalize all versions of Borderlands 3 in early 2020."
On Reddit, the player reported a 4K 30fps experience, although others were able to get 60fps at 1080p when using the "balanced" quality setting. This is more in line with games like Red Dead Redemption 2, which also increases the frame rate based on the quality of your choice.
