The second season of Jujutsu Kaisen is about to start, and Bandai Namco is now announcing a game. Unsurprisingly, this is based on the hit manga and anime and is called Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash.
On July 6, 2023, the successful anime Jujutsu Kaisen will start its second season. Appropriately, Bandai Namco has now announced a video game based on the Sperence of Yuji Itadori and the King of Curses, Two Face Sukuna.

Unsurprisingly, Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash is a 3D arena brawler. The title wants to stand out from other anime adaptations with the tag team fights. You choose your two favorites from your favorite characters of the series and let them compete against two other warriors. The developers promise various synergies and dynamics between characters. Special tag team attacks and combos should also be possible.
As for the character roster, the first trailer at least shows Nobara Kugisaki, Megumi Fushiguro and the teacher Satoru Gojo. The key art also features Sukuna, Panda, Toge Inumaki, and Maki Zenin.
In a way, the fight of the jujutsu students against the curses should also be addressed. We don’t yet know to what extent the story of manga and anime plays a role. Bandai Namco states that you can level up your characters and unlock stronger and stronger attacks. Overall, what is shown is very reminiscent of other anime games such as Naruto: Ultimate Ninja Storm or Demon Slayer: The Hinokami Chronicles.
The developers still owe us a release date for Jujutsu Kaisen Cursed Clash. At least when it comes to the platforms, you’re going for a big all-round hit: The game will be released on PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X/S, Nintendo Switch and the PC via Steam.
