Activision Blizzard’s CEO is under contract until April 2024, but will stay on for as long as he’s needed.
Yesterday, Activision Blizzard and Microsoft agreed to extend their merger. The new deadline to close the deal is now October 18th.
Activision Blizzard CEO Bobby Kotick spoke to CNBC about the new deadline extension. The CEO’s contract, which expires in April 2024, was also discussed.
Kotick said of a possible extension that he was committed to helping Microsoft as long or as little as needed with post-acquisition integration.
