If you are wondering which players will get a better rating in FIFA 20 this Wednesday, then you have the answer here: None! EA has officially announced that it will be for Ultimate Team mode this week for the first time since its release no team of the week will give.
The reason:
Due to the continuing danger from the Corona virus, simply too many national football leagues around the world have stopped playing. The developers therefore lack a basis on which to choose the players for this week.
Quick update:
We will not be releasing TOTW 27 due to the ongoing suspensions of football leagues around the world. However, it will be replaced with player content available in packs and via FUT Champions Player Picks from next week.

What is there instead?
The fact that there are no new Inform players from the TOTW event this week is also a problem for the Weekend League. As a reward, special player cards from the Team of the Week usually wave here. Here, EA promises to be replaced by other player content that is made available via packs and the FUT Champions Player Picks. There are no details yet.
How long is the TOTW down?
Since there is no TOTW 27 due to a lack of real soccer games, there will very likely be no TOTW updates for the next few weeks. It is not yet possible to say with absolute certainty how long FIFA players will have to do without it.
However, the whole thing of course depends primarily on how long the leagues do not host games. The Bundesliga is said to be at the earliest on April 2 to resume normal game operations
What is the TOTW anyway?
The Team of the Week is a weekly event where 23 players receive a coveted black "in-form" card. These are better versions of a particular player. Which players are selected for this Team of the Week depends on their performance in reality.
Players can then fish these special cards from rare gold sets. However, the chance of a black card is negligible. Therefore, it is usually more advisable to keep your eyes open on the transfer market. Provided that you have enough coins to pay for the rare copies.
