The samurai epic Ghost of Tsushima has been available for the PlayStation 4 since 2020, and has also been optimized for the PlayStation 5 since 2021. Now the PC is also set to follow – and the announcement of this version of the game is now apparently imminent.
In the recent past, Sony has continuously increased and expanded its own efforts in the PC sector. They want to continue on this path in the future and bring a number of PlayStation exclusive titles to this platform. One of the most anticipated titles is certainly Ghost of Tsushima – and apparently the wait isn’t that long anymore.
According to a new report, the official announcement of Ghost of Tsushima’s PC port is now imminent. At least that’s what the usually well-informed insider Shpeshal_Nick said XboxEra now for the best.
“I heard we’ll hear something about the PC port of Ghost of Tsushima pretty soon. Maybe around March 5th?” said the insider. Apparently the announcement is imminent, and a release shouldn’t be too long in coming.
Shpeshal_Nick has recently leaked almost all of the important content from the last State of Play, so he obviously knows what he’s talking about when it comes to PlayStation. In any case, his sources seem to be good, which should fuel anticipation for the PC version of Ghost of Tsushima.
Sony PlayStation is likely to want to build on the recent success of Helldivers 2 with the samurai epic. Ghost of Tsushima is a very promising candidate, as the console version has already turned out to be a success with almost 10 million sales by July 2022 and largely good reviews.
