The third season of Bluey is coming to an end, leaving kids and their parents with the burning question: will there be a sequel to the adorable hit series? Or is this the end?

Episode 48 of the series, titled “Ghostbasket,” sparked speculation that the creators were perhaps planning to end the story of the Australian doggie family. Indeed, the Heelers wanted to sell their house, and the episode ended with a frame with a sad For Sale sign on the lawn.
However, in the special 28-minute episode “The Sign”, fans around the world breathed a collective sigh of relief when the Heelers finally decided to stay home, with Bandit spectacularly snatching the land up for sale.
Then the roller coaster ride took another turn with the release of episode 50. The season 3 finale, “Surprise,” gave us a glimpse into the future with a dress-clad Bluey visiting her parents now old. This seemed to be the final curtain of the show.

Will there be a season 4 of Bluey?
The answer is yes! Producer Sam Moor told the BBC that the series would definitely return and that there would be many more adventures for the puppies and their parents:
“No, this isn’t the end for Bluey. I’m sure we have many more surprises in store for you. We have more in store and we’re thinking about what’s next. » said Moor.
When could Bluey season 4 be released?
The makers have not revealed the release date of Bluey’s next installment. However, we will try to predict when season 4 might premiere.
The first season of the story appeared in 2018, the first part in October and the second in April 2019. Season 2 started a year later. The first part began in March 2020 and the second part in October.
Season 3 premiered in September 2021, but was divided into four parts, the last of which appeared in April 2024.
The creators of Bluey try to release new seasons a year after the end of the previous one. According to our calculations, the fourth season could therefore appear in spring 2025.
However, in an interview with Australian newspaper The Courier Mail, executive producer Daley Pearson spoke of fatigue due to intense work on the series.
“We’re just going to put ourselves to the test a bit, it’s been four or five years and we’ve done 154 episodes, it’s a bit unprecedented to do that back to back. It was very intense. We’re just coming to the end of season three and trying to think about how best to improve it. Pearson said.
Given this st atement, Bluey season 4 might arrive a little later.
What could the plot of Bluey season 4 be about?
As mentioned before, the last episode of season 3 surprised the audience by featuring an adult Bluey who, with her child, came to visit Bandit and Chilli.

The creators of the series are yet to reveal their plot ideas for the upcoming season of Bluey. However, as series creator Joe Brumm said in an interview with Deadline:
That would be fascinating – and we get a lot of requests to age the characters. It would completely change the show, but there would be something really nice about bringing in new, younger characters and having Bluey and Bingo at that babysitting age. This would certainly please many fans.
It seems like anything could happen in Bluey season 4, but fans are now dying to know, among other things, who the father of Bluey’s (supposed) child is, Mackenzie or Jean-Luc.
Who can appear in the cast of Bluey season 4?
Casting for Bluey season 4 has not been confirmed, but it is likely that David McCormack as a bandit healer and Melanie Zanetti as Chilli Heeler will reprise her roles.
The following season will likely feature Dan Brumm (Uncle Stripe), Myf Warhurst (Aunt Trixie), Claudia O’Doherty (Aunt Frisky), Chris Brumm (Nana) and Patrick Brammall (Uncle Rad).
