The Dragon Age: Furth of the Veil release date appears to have leaked online ahead of its official reveal later today, and if the leaked date is correct, you may have to cancel your plans to go out for treats.
So far, Veilguard is only scheduled to release in the fall of 2024. Naturally, this has led to a lot of speculation about its actual date, with EA’s financial department recently suggesting that the game won’t be released before October 1st.

Now, a short video has appeared online that appears to be some sort of advertisement based on its very fast runtime, and states that the game has a release date of October 31st.
It contains a series of clips that appear to be from the official Veilguard gameplay that Bioware released back in June, which saw the game’s protagonist and a group of companions travel through Minrathous to confront Solas.
Bioware announced yesterday that it would officially reveal the game’s release date via a trailer on YouTube, which will go live today (August 15) at 5pm BST / 12pm ET / 9am PT. As of the time of writing, the studio appears to be sticking to that plan, with the release date trailer still set to be released at that time.
You’ll be able to watch the official reveal above when it goes live.
Alongside the announcement, Bioware also shared a wider release roadmap, with Advanced Warriors Battle Royale and Companion Week scheduled to begin on August 19 and August 26, respectively. Following this, the developer will host a Q&A session with fans via the official Discord server on August 30.
