Use the platform behind the goblin to go down and take the passage to the east.
In the next room, watch out for the swamp that triggers Scarlet Rot and the spots. In the middle, you will find 1x Aeonian Butterfly
The western corridor offers us encounters with gnomes and 1x Tomb Glove (3) Behind we find the lever to open the boss door, but watch out for the sneaky enemies in the room.
Then go back to the elevator, let it go up and drop it under the platform.
In the west hallway, watch out for scarlet rot and stains again. On the right is 1x Ghent Ghost (4) and a narrow staircase next to it.
It leads to a room with three small crabs, 1x Tomb Glove (4), 1x Golden Rune (4) and a ladder. Kill the enemies upstairs, follow the hallway east and collect 1x Tomb Glove (3).
The corpse above the coffin leaves behind Elf (wolf) head and next to that you will reach the upper part of the known area. After the gnomes leave the world you will find 2x Sacramental Bud And 1x Tomb Glove (5).

The western corridor finally leads to the boss fight in the catacombs.
How to defeat the Erdtree Catacombs Minor Guard Dog in Erdtree Burial in Elden Ring
The two guard dogs are not new – see Stormfoot Catacombs or Impaler Catacombs – but are only difficult in that there are two of them (like the beastmen in Dragon’s Den).
Focus on one of them and try your luck without being too arrogant. The other guard dog will quickly be there to interrupt your combo.
Tip: If you use crystal arrows against a guard dog, you can confuse it and it will attack the other guard dog.
One of the most useful moments is when they start breathing fire and shaking their heads. These are precious seconds to attack.
Now you need to deal enough damage and quickly eliminate one guard dog. The other one poses much less of a risk for the rest of the fight.
Your rewards for defeating the Erdtree Catacombs and Erdtree Burials Minor Guard Dog are 7400 runes and the Ashes of the Crazy Pumpkin Head.
