“Borderlands” is the film adaptation of the video game of the same name and will be released in Germany on 22. August 2024 its cinema premiere. The popular video game series as a template and the high-caliber cast with Kevin Hart, Cate Blanchett and Jamie Lee Curtis led by director Eli Roth actually promises a humorous film experience peppered with action. However, the cinema release in the USA, which took place on August 9th, was bumpy. The film has so far turned out to be a flop there due to poor reviews.
