In a few weeks, The First Descendant will start its second season called “Void Chaser”. This will bring a lot of new game content.
There will soon be plenty of new content in Nexon’s free-to-play looter shooter The First Descendant, as the game’s second season, “Void Chaser”, is about to begin. This is set to cause a sensation on PS4, PS5, Xbox One, Xbox Series
Thematically, the Descendants must follow mysterious signals from the Deep Void and search for the “Iron Heart”. Due to the increased threat of abandoned Vulgus ships and resources, Keelan is dispatched by the HOUND Reconnaissance Unit to investigate the Void ship.
The new Descendants are Keelan and Ines Raya, who belong to HOUND. The specialized reconnaissance unit joins the fight for Albion. Keelan is already available at the start of Season 2, so you can use his poison skills and a dash skill. Ines Raya will follow in the January update later in the season.
The new dungeon is called “Void Vessel”; The new boss opponent Dread Armor awaits you there. This one is huge and its weapons also evolve with each stage – from a hand cannon and a shield to two melee weapons and finally to two hand cannons.

- New Ark Companion – A familiar life form of the ancient Descendants was recreated from the Void Vessel’s genetic material. The Arche companion supports the Descendants in battle and is always ready for a few cuddles.
- Neue Sharen-Story-Quest – After the failed attempt on the cyborg Vulgus, Sharen was given a new body powered by Arche. In various new story quests, players now uncover the secrets of Sharen and her arch-enemy.
- New Ultimate Share – Unleashes the abilities of Ultimate Sharing: Area Suppression hurls daggers in a 360-degree radius with devastating effect, while Caught in an Ambush increases movement speed, reduces skill cooldowns, and reactivates stealth after killing enemies. In stealth mode, Ultimate Sharen can now avoid traps, making her the perfect infiltrator to avoid detection by enemies in the Void Vessel.
- Neuer “Void Abyss”-Intercept Battle – The Descendants face their biggest challenge yet in this battle against giant bosses. The aim is to interrupt the opponents’ void reflux mode in order to prevent them from regenerating their parts and improving their abilities. Completing this battle will grant Descendants Colossus-style skins.
- New ultimate weapon “Hammer and Anvil” – Instead of an aiming function, “Hammer and Anvil” supports a fire mode switch to Anvil mode. When you press the aim button, the weapon switches to Anvil mode and fires a single explosive projectile that detonates after a certain amount of time, releasing bullets in all directions.
- New ultimate weapon “Voltia” – The new ultimate weapon “Voltia” – the Voltia Beam Rifle, available for free through the Season 2 Battle Pass, utilizes the electric current discharge technology built into Bunny’s suit and emits energy that causes damage to enemies in the vicinity of the original target causes. As the only firearm, Voltia can break through anti-void shields that can normally only be destroyed by skills, making her incredibly valuable in Void Vessel missions.
