Finally last December Rockstar Games has released the first official trailer for next year Grand Theft Auto 6. The trailer quickly gained millions of views and fans combed through it again and again to glean as much information as possible. And now, because of a moon in a screenshot, GTA Superfans are convinced that we’ll either get the next trailer on November 22nd or an announcement from Rockstar as to when we can expect it.

The tweet included a screenshot of someone sitting on a car looking at a building at night. And in the sky above is the moon. Seems like a pretty banal, boring image. What exactly do they predict? Well, that remains to be seen, some are suggesting a new trailer, others a release date announcement and still others a teaser for a future trailer.
This full moon theory surfaced not long after the tweet was posted, but has been gaining more support and momentum online as we get closer to November 22nd. At first it was a fringe theory, but now that’s all GTA Fans can talk about it right now. I even saw a popular account suggestion Since the first trailer featured a Tom Petty song from the Full Moon Fever album, this moon theory was more plausible.
And here’s the craziest part: This isn’t the first time the Rockstar community has tried to predict the future based on the phases of the moon, as seen in a tweet. Last year fans did the same thing, and guess what… In the end they were right! Two months before the first GTA 6 When the trailer was announced, Rockstar shared an image with the moon in it, with the phase pictured arriving on December 1st. And weeks later, on December 1st, Rockstar announced the release date for the first part on December 5th GTA 6 Trailer. Hmmmmm.
