Businesses like their games to be successful on all platforms, and this was the case for 343 Industries with Halo: The Master Chief Collection. Now, seeing how well received this compilation of the franchise's most iconic installments on PC was, the company has decided to try its luck with Halo 2 too, which is one of the missing games to reach the collection, the last to arrive at the collection was Halo: Combat Evolved Anniversary for PC.
Thanks to Game Rant We now know that April 17 is the day 343 Industries is planning to start testing Halo 2 on PC. Tyler Davis, the manager of the Halo community, has put a tweet that ensures that they already have everything they need to move to the next phase, and also talks about the aforementioned date as the one chosen to begin testing the game.
This test is a closed event, and To participate in it you must have the invitation of 343 Industries. Such invitations would be delivered today, Friday night, at the latest. Currently the company is working from home due to the situation with COVID-19, and although this had some fans concerned, it seems that the game continues as planned.
