Find and destroy all security controls in GTA Online is part of one of the missions set up for the Fine Art File, which is part of the Agents of Sabotage update.
After fighting your way to the hangar, you will trigger a lock-on, meaning you won't get anywhere with the helicopter you need unless you stop the alarms and reset the lock-on. To do this, find and destroy all the security controls in the rafters of the hangar.

There is five security controls you need to destroy in the hanger for the Fine Art folder.
Here is all hangar security check locations for Fine Art File work. For this, we highly recommend starting where you enter the rafters of the hangar – but keep in mind that there will be enemies on the ground and walkways shooting at you, so shoot back.
Security check one
From the point where you enter the rafters of the shed, follow the path forward then climb the first set of steps on your left.
Follow the path here and the first security check will be on your right next to some pipes. Be careful because there is usually an enemy ahead of you here.
Security check two
For the second security check, face the one you just destroyed and you should be able to see the next one in the distance to your right.
Again, another enemy is usually lurking here, so take him out then head to the control to destroy him.
Security check three
Stand with your back to the second checkpoint and walk along the long central aisle just to your left. Very slightly in the distance you should be able to see the next control.
Head there, being careful of the guards shooting at you, and destroy this one as well.
Security check four
Stand with your back to the last security checkpoint and go back down the main aisle you just took, but this time take the first right.
As soon as you turn the corner to the right, you should be able to see the next security checkpoint.
Security check five
The final security checkpoint is below fourth and just to the left. You'll probably need to follow the walkway to the left a bit to get a clear view.
Once you destroy all five security controls, the hangar will no longer be locked and you can go fly a helicopter!
