Azuchi Hyotanyama Kofun is located in the Suzuka Foothills region of the OMI region in Assassin's Creed Shadows. More specifically, it is directly east of the Azuchi region and northeast of the shimmering area of the fields.

Here is our procedure not complete for Azuchi hyotanyama Kofun in Assassin's Creed Shadows.
STEP 1 – Use Yasuke to enter, then open the first chest
To complete Azuchi Hyotanyama Kofun, you have to go to Yasuke because he is the only one who can push the blocks found inside.
As Yasuke, equip your weapon remotely and use it to blow up the first red pot on the left side of the Kofun entrance. Then open the first lootable trunk inside Azuchi hyotanyama behind the debris you just clean.
STEP 2 – Hit the next red pot, then take a right
Once you have looted the chest, kill the enemy in front, then hit the red pot next to the debris with your weapon at a distance to explode it and erase the debris.
Follow the way forward, slide down, then turn right and jump on the big rock and follow the path forward in the neighboring room. Do not worry about the other path – you cannot go through it yet. The path on which you are overcome leads to the room in front anyway, so you don't miss anything.
STEP 3 – Resolve two block puzzles, then open the second chest
Jump into the neighboring room, slide the wooden block to the right, then go up and use the block to jump on the platform on the path.
Now follow the path in the neighboring room and push the wooden block all along the future, then go up to jump to the second pillable trunk of Azuchi hyotanyama Kofun.
Once you have opened the chest, jump and move the wooden block in the center of the room, then go up and jump on the platform opposite.
STEP 4 – Kill two enemies, then wear the red pot forward
Follow the way forward and treat with the two enemies in the next room. This is the room you could not access when you took a right right, so you are back on the right track to find the legendary chest after that.
After killing the enemies, follow the path in a room with two wooden blocks, then align the block on the left in front of the other block. They should both be placed in the middle of the room.
Now you can pick up a red pot from the top of the room and use the wooden blocks to jump on the platform opposite (keep a red pot as you go).
Step 5 – Open the third trunk, then find the legendary trunk
Adjust the red pot, then use your weapon remotely to hit the red pot below you, on the right side of the room. This erases the debris in front of the third lootable chest.
Now move the wooden block in this room to the right, return to the top of the room, then pick up your red pot and jump on the wooden block. You can now throw the red pot on the path and hit it with your weapon remotely to clean up the debris to come.
Be careful when you jump on the platform on the way, because there are three enemies waiting for you in the neighboring room, and the explosion will probably alert them. We recommend that you attract the two weakest enemies of the room and treat them first.
Once they are dead, you can challenge the hardest enemy in front of the solo. We found the easiest to kill them by disturbing their yellow bar with shots at the head of our weapon from a distance, then use our melee weapon to finish them.
Once all enemies have died, you can open the legendary trunk in this room and claim your awards. When you are ready to leave, remove the wooden block and crawl under space in the wall.
