THE Perfect pair Inspiration lit tasks you with finding a dress that can be worn during country activities for Franklie in the area of the Abandoned Quarter of Infinite Nikki.
There are a few different dresses you can show Franklie to complete this quest in Infinity Nikki, but you may not get one if you haven't been regularly opening pink chests or shooting banners. Don't worry, because there is an easy dress to make that will do the trick!

How to complete Perfect Pair Kindled Inspiration in Infinity Nikki
To complete the perfect Kindled Inspiration pair in Infinity Nikki, you must wear a dress that bears the Pastoral label. Any dress with the Pastoral label will do, so the easiest way to complete the quest is to use the “Filter” option in Nikki's wardrobe, then select “Pastoral” and to access the Dresses tab.
If you don't have a dress with the Pastoral label, you can loot the “Fragrant Reverie” sketch from the pink chest just west of the Warp Spire “By the Stylists' Guild Memorial” in the Mountains of Memory. This is the area you first exited from at the start of the game, so you may already have the sketch in your collection.
Once you have the sketch, open the “Sketch” menu, then go to x5 Lampchili, x2 Daisy and x25 Purity Thread to make the Fragrant Reverie dress. Put it on, then return to Franklie between 5:00 a.m. and 9:00 p.m. on a sunny day to complete “Perfect Pair” and collect your rewards.
Perfect Pair Kindled Inspiration Rewards
Once you have equipped a Pastoral Robe, return to Franklie and show it to them. They will then reward you with 20 diamonds and the sketch of the “Natural Color” dress.
